Foundation of WERAG Werkzeugmaschinen AG (Switzerland) and takeover of machine tool business from DUAP AG.

1991

Bringing together of construction and assembly at one location (Hilpoltstein, Germany)

1992

Construction of a new building and relocation to Hilpoltstein

Start of development of vertical bed machines ENDURO

2013

Takeover and further operation by Pütz Group

Move to new company premises in Ellwangen
